The Royal Wedding
I feel sorry for Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles.
Can you imagine loving someone for that long and not being able to fully share your life with that person because of what the rest of the world thinks?
On some level, I think Prince Charles always tried to do what was the right thing --- or what he thought was the right thing, according to what everyone else said. But the thing is, it's your life and you've only got that one shot to be happy and do what will make it meaningful to you.
It's so hard, isn't it? Trying to do the "right" thing?
Reading over some of the unkind comments from various journalists, I couldn't help but wonder what ever happened to being impartial and objective? Isn't that the whole point of journalism? And really, who are we to judge?
